O Law Ventures was founded to bring frontline local authority expertise to landlords and managing agents who need to meet their legal obligations — and to do so with clarity and confidence.
With more than 25 years in UK housing, including senior roles within local authorities, our principal has assessed, enforced and advised on housing standards across the public and private sectors.
An HHSRS-qualified housing professional with extensive experience of assessing hazards in Central London, and a CIH-qualified specialist, we prepare robust, evidence-based hazard reports and compliance advice that stand up to scrutiny — fully aligned with the Housing Act 2004 and the Renters' Rights Act 2025.
